I would really like to thank you guys for helping me in my first year of singlehood. It is a tough time, as I know you know. But I made it and I was happy to be able to attend these singles events with you.
I will see you in the New Year and wish you also Happy Everything!
Hello Rosalie
… I am a new comer to your group as I attended, for the first time, the one at Café Bacio. I had a great time. It was well organised and found a good mix a people. Keep up the good work.
Jerry and I have been dating since June, thanks to you guys. I dont know what will happen but we are in love and happy with each other. Will keep you informed.

Dear Rosalie,
I just want to tell you that I really enjoyed Sorrento’s.[I hope that is how you spell it]. I loved the violinists, the band, the songs like Viva Espagna, the food and the setting. In the last ten years, the only bands I’ve heard were at weddings. During the summer, the racquet club was really nice. I loved being outside and listening to the orchestra. Can’t say much about Bill Wong’s because I was only there once, when there was no band. I have other commitments and am unable to go this Sunday. Thought this E-mail might give you a boost because I am sure there is a lot of work in the organizing and planning of these events.
Hi Rosalie,
I wish to take this opportunity to wish you and all your loved ones a very Happy New year and may your year be filled with love to share, health to spare and friends to care.
Congratulations again on doing such a good job of the events that you and Elliot put together. I intend to go to the next event, Saturday, January 14th and will drop off my money at Elliot’s house shortly.
Thank you again for all your hard work and for giving so many of us a chance to mingle and meet new friends under one safe environment.
Pete (Pierrette)
I just want to congratulate you on what must have been a difficult letter to compose. (I must fess that I chuckled in disbelief through some sections.) I have long known that what you do is all out of a labour of joy and lots of love. I have never had the opportunity to attend one of your events just yet— it’s been a difficult year and it so happens I am out of town for unveilings on the next weekends you describe. One day soon, I may attend when I am feeling strong and confident that I can make the most of all you have to offer. Having said that, I am sorry to see you have to set the record straight in that way; the plus is what you put out on a page solidifies my confidence in what you do; your sincerity, behind the scenes so to speak, really shines and only adds in my applause to what you do for the community. That I or others who I inform may join you one day and take an event on or not, that I find my match through you or via other channels, is quite separate from wanting to stop to say thanks just because. What you do undoubtedly creates a god ripple effect for so many in the community— and no matter how you slice it— those efforts really count and need be appreciated. So thanks….In the New Year, I hope you get nothing less than clean-cut and satisfying pats on the back.
Hi, my name is Andre Fraser and I have been a regular member of the original group for a number of years. I recently attended a party for the younger crowd and enjoyed it immensely. The women were of an interesting age range. I therefore am looking forward to attending future events of that group. To that end, I am sending you the information you request for receiving notices about upcoming events.
I want to thank you for all your efforts in organizing these events. You are doing good work for the community. We are lucky to have you.
